Friday Feeling

Chair Yoga is an adapted, gentler style using a chair for assistance when seated or standing. It is an excellent practice for people of all ages and capabilities, particularly for those recovering from injury, surgery or managing long term health conditions. Chair Yoga practice offers numerous benefits including stretching, strengthening, improved balance and greater feelings of calm and peace within.

Typically, our group sessions begin with an energy grounding exercise, followed by limbering up before practising a variety of seated and standing asanas. Students then warm down before relaxation or guided meditation to help induce greater inner calm and peace. Sessions will often include mudras (ancient hand gestures), prananyama (breathing techniques), oracle card readings and alignment to the energies of moon phases to improve connection and awareness within.

Our Chair Yogi’s have a lovely social calendar too, so you will never be short of friendship and fun in good company.

Trial Class and Term Fees

Our Chair Yoga family is warm and welcoming and I invite you to come along for a TRIAL to experience the class for yourself. All classes are held in The Stables, Eastcote House Gardens.

This year I celebrate ten years of teaching and am truly grateful to have witnessed the caring, support and friendships amongst students. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you are most welcome to join us.

Trial Class - £12 (1 trial per person only)

Please read Yoga with Rina T&C’s before booking. In the event that you wish to cancel a trial class you have paid for, you will need to reschedule another trial in the current term, as no refunds are given. You can not roll over a trial class to the following term.

Current Term Fee - £204 (inc 12 weekly sessions, see opposite for term schedule. Payable in advance of signing up for the term. Space permitting you can join part way through a term.)

(Please note at times during the year, a term will include 13 sessions - i.e. £221.)
