Yoga with Rina offers a deeper mind-body connection in a small, friendly group. Nestled in the park and woodland, gentle Hatha and Chair Yoga is professionally and compassionately taught. Experience greater strengthening and stretching of the body, whilst letting go into much needed inner peace and calm. Group classes are inclusive and suitable for all.

Hatha Yoga

Perfect for starting or continuing your yoga journey. A gentle class designed to stretch and strengthen, as well as relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Chair Yoga

Practise adapted yoga whilst sitting or standing using a chair for support. A gentler style for improved mind-body connection and deep relaxation.

Individual, Group and Work Yoga

Private 1-2-1 , group or work yoga sessions are tailored to your needs. Sessions can be taught in the comfort of your home or at your place of work.

Your Yoga Community

At Yoga with Rina, there's so much MORE on offer.

In 2020, founder Rina Rawal set up Circles of Truth, a women’s group with a simple message - ‘You are not alone’. Each month, the Circle members meet over a cuppa, to listen, share and enjoy the company of others.

The group's purpose is to provide a safe, loving and caring space for women to speak their truth, share stories, experiences, struggles and triumphs. It's a sisterhood that raises each woman up and celebrates all that she is.

If you're a Yoga with Rina student, you can join us at the monthly gatherings. This group is not open to the general public. There is no joining fee, but members are requested to make a small contribution towards room hire and light refreshments.
