Terms and Conditions

When booking a class, private session, workshop or event with Yoga with Rina you are entering into a contract which has the following terms and conditions.

All clients are responsible for making sure they disclose any medical conditions or injuries, including mental health to Yoga with Rina, prior to participating in sessions. Any information provided will remain confidential, and will help Yoga with Rina to offer the client appropriate verbal instructions/adjustments to meet their needs.

Clients are responsible for seeking authorisation from relevant healthcare professional(s) with regards to their participation in Hatha Yoga and/or Chair Yoga activities. The client must update Yoga with Rina if any changes occur to their physical and/or mental health that Yoga with Rina was not previously made aware of.

Clients are strongly advised to work within their comfort and capacity, ensuring that they listen to their body at all times during class. If during a session the client feels any strain or tiredness, they must gently come out of a posture and take a rest in a position that feels right for their body.

Yoga with Rina takes no responsibility for any injuries sustained by participation in yoga and related activities. Clients must follow all verbal instructions carefully and take note of any advised adjustments suitable for their needs. They must listen to their body and take due care not to push beyond their own capacity or limitations.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Yoga with Rina if they suspect, or have confirmation that they are pregnant. Currently, Yoga with Rina is not offering any pregnancy yoga services.

Classes

Any client who is under 18 years of age, must have written permission from a parent or guardian to attend class.

Yoga with Rina is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or changes caused by unforeseen events (weather, loss of venue or facilities, acts of God, or any other event beyond our control). Clients need to take out adequate insurance to cover them for any losses they may incur.

Yoga with Rina is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a clients property and/or belongings either in the venue where the class is held or outside in a public car park or on street parking facility.

 If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Yoga with Rina chooses to cancel an event then any monies paid will be refunded (see refund policy below).

Yoga with Rina reserves the right to remove, exclude or refuse access to any client or member of the public, from any class, workshop or event for any reason, at any given time if it is deemed necessary, and a refund may not be forthcoming. 

Yoga with Rina welcomes everybody, regardless of age, race/ethnicity, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression and disability or capacity. 

Term Pass

Term Pass for Hatha and Chair Yoga - 1 class per week

A term can include 12 or 13 consecutive sessions. If you miss any sessions there is no refund or roll over to the next term.

Payments for a term pass must be made in advance of the term commencing and will follow a TRIAL CLASS. Payments can be made by BACS or CASH, and a receipt will be issued for the latter. If payment is not made in advance Yoga with Rina reserves the right to refuse client participation until the payment has been made.

Any client joining after a term has started will need to make a payment, again in advance for the remainder of that term. If they miss any classes within the remaining term, they will not receive a refund, nor will classes roll over to the following term.

Any term pass purchased is non-transferable to another client and cannot be exchanged for any other Yoga with Rina products or services.

Term renewal notifications will be sent by Yoga with Rina to all clients. It is their responsibility to read the notifications, and to ensure payments are made by the date stated.

Unforeseen circumstances can occur at times, and Yoga with Rina can freeze a term, if you have sent your request in advance by email. The term freezing service is subject to a £20 administration fee.  When a client freezes a term, Yoga with Rina will credit them with an amount based on the term fee paid, and number of classes missed, minus the administration fee.  This will be offset against the following term payment.

At certain times of the year, due to public holidays (eg: Christmas and New Year) or times where no classes are being scheduled, Yoga with Rina reserves the right to extend or shorten the term length and number of classes within that term. Yoga with Rina will always give advance notice of such changes.

Trial Class

New students can get their first trial class at £12. Please note it is ONE trial class per person.

In the event that you wish to cancel a trial class you have paid for, you will need to reschedule another trial in the current term, as no refunds are given. You can not roll over a trial class to the following term.

Swapping Service

Clients can apply to attend another suitable class in the weekly schedule, if they are unable to attend their normal booked class. This applies to a term pass only.

A swap, notified and agreed in advance is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Clients must check availability in advance with Yoga with Rina.

A swap must be applied for and taken in the same term, and cannot be carried forward to the following term.

Any agreed swap is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other Yoga with Rina product or service.

Refund Policy

If a client is not happy, and has not attended more than two consecutive classes at the start of a term, Yoga with Rina will accept any application by email requesting a refund for the remaining classes on the term pass. Yoga for Rina will expect  the client to explain why they are not happy.

Please note trial class payments are non refundable, and should a trial be cancelled by you, you will need to reschedule it in the current term.

Your privacy matters

Yoga with Rina values your privacy and data, and will never sell, trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company or organization.
