1-2-1 or Groups

Private 1-2-1 sessions are perfect for individuals or groups who wish to participate in bespoke yoga to meet their unique needs, for instance improving flexibility, reducing stress or learning how to meditate. After an initial assessment, a tailored programme is created using a variety of yogic tools and techniques to achieve agreed goals. Sessions can be run in the comfort of your home, or in a shared space at a pace and schedule to meet your requirements.

Let’s chat about what challenges or issues you or your group are facing and how private yoga instruction can be of help.
